Very clean, well-maintained for its category. Comfortable bed. Good variety breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Cute hotel, nice staff, spacious bathrooms with excellent shower. Nearby bakery, walking distance to U-Bahn, big park, shopping area.

The staff at this place were professional and really helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection including fresh fruit and grilled vegetables.

My stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! The room was super comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a jaw-droppingly comfortable bed. Around the hotel, there were cafes and supermarkets, making it convenient for any needs. The small fridge in the room was a bonus. They also had parking available. The staff, especially Margaretha, at breakfast were wonderful and made us an omelet on request. The hotel allowed me to arrive late, have a late check-out, and even stay and work until my departure. The prices for food and drinks were reasonable, and there were snacks available 24/7. The layout of the hotel was really interesting, and the staff were nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location to explore the region. Lovely garden terrace. Plenty of dining options nearby. Some rooms have a cozy seating area to relax in. Beautiful parks nearby to enjoy nature. Free WiFi is a plus.

Construction noise and not enough power points. Just what I needed, more noise to wake up to and not enough plugs for all my gadgets.

The Franconian hospitality at Hotel Primavera Parco was like attending one of the numerous festivities on the plazas of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, treating me like royalty.

Noisy maintenance works in the backyard started early in the morning.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and we couldn't have asked for more. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Christmas market. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of foods, including freshly made omelettes.

The only downside we experienced was that the heating system in the room was not working properly, causing the room to be slightly chilly at times. this was not a major issue as we were provided with extra blankets to stay warm.
